At Khaadi Studios, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read the following guidelines:
Return Rights
Customers can return items after payment and delivery acknowledgment with the courier. Returns must be initiated within the specified time frame and meet the conditions outlined below.
Return/Exchange Process
To initiate a return, please notify us after payment confirmation. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense. We do not accept returns for opened packages before payment, as this violates our Cash on Delivery (COD) policies in Pakistan.
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
- Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Defective items will be exchanged free of charge, but customers will incur courier fees for exchanges of non-defective items.

Please note that product colors may vary due to photography lighting and screen settings. We offer exchanges for color discrepancies, but no refunds will be issued for such differences.
